RETURN POLICY

WE HAVE A 14 DAY REFUND/RETURN POLICY
The item(s) must be post marked and shipped to our Mephisto Toronto boutique within 14 days of receipt of goods. Once we receive your return, we will notify you and process your refund.
You will be responsible for shipping fees associated with the products you would like to return. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Please note refunds can take up to 10 days to process and return funds to the original form of payment.
All products must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, with tags intact.
If your return does not fulfill the basic requirements mentioned above, we own the right to refuse your item(s). If your return is late, we also own the right to refuse your refund.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Products purchased only from Mephisto Toronto may be exchanged/returned in-store.
To return an item for exchange or refund online, please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure you contact customercare@mephistotoronto.Com with your inquiry of returning/exchanging the item. Please include the order number (which you will find in the email confirmation sent after placing your order).
2. Our customer care team will confirm your request per e-mail.
3. Place the item(s) in the original form of packaging.
4. Ship with your local delivery service or express.

EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT
To exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure you contact customercare@mephistotoronto.Com with your inquiry of returning/exchanging the item. Please include the order number (which you will find in the email confirmation letter sent after placing your order). Inform the team of what exchange you would like to make (size difference or item difference).
2. Our customer care team will confirm your request per e-mail.
3. Place the item(s) in the original form of packaging.
4. Ship with your local delivery service or express.
5. Once the goods are received, our customer care team will confirm receipt and the process will begin on the exchange of the product.

TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
1. Please ensure to contact customercare@mephistotoronto.Com with your inquiry of returning/exchanging the item. Please include the order number (which you will find in the email confirmation letter sent after placing your order). Inform the team that you would like store credit.
2. Our customer care team will confirm your request per e-mail.
3. Place the item(s) in the original form of packaging.
4. Ship with your local delivery service or express.
5. Once the goods are received, our customer care team will confirm receipt and the store credit will be applied to your email account.

Any product purchased with a discount of 10% or greater is non-returnable/non-refundable.
Custom orders are non-returnable/refundable nor exchangeable.
